Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Communications Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic scientific communications plans that drive business success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality scientific content, including reports, presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop targeted communication strategies that drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific developments and trends, applying this knowledge to inform your work and ensure the highest quality output.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices to help them grow and succeed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.

You Will Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have a PhD/MD in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology; MPharm/MSc with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • You possess 7-10 years of experience in writing and reviewing Scientific/Medical Communications for Medical Affairs or biopharma, preferably in an agency setting.
  • You have excellent scientific writing skills, with a strong ability to interpret, evaluate, and present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • You are skilled in developing digital content to enhance scientific publications and support medical communications.
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
