Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Store Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily store operations, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

You will be expected to:

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively, promoting a visually appealing store environment.
  • Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register efficiently, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, adhering to high standards of tidiness and orderliness.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking items as needed, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities, contributing to the success of in-store promotions and sales initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles, ensuring a positive customer experience.
