Job Title: Inventory Manager

About the Role:
A highly skilled and organized professional is required to manage the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment on a construction project site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials, tools, and equipment received, stored, and issued.
  • Track stock levels, order new supplies as needed, and ensure the availability of necessary items for the construction work.
  • Oversee the receiving and unloading of materials delivered to the construction site, inspecting items for quality and quantity, and then properly store them in designated areas.
  • Issue materials, tools, and equipment to the construction crew as per the project requirements, maintaining detailed records of all items issued and returned.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify any discrepancies or shortages, and provide reports to the project management team.
  • Maintain the condition of stored items and ensure the security of the storage facilities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate the delivery and return of materials, tools, and equipment as per the project schedule.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A background in logistics, inventory management, or a related field would be beneficial.
