We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for our estates in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing our initiatives.

• Adopt and enhance the latest agricultural practices, focusing on climate-smart agriculture and integrating post-harvest technologies.
• Add value to our produce and establish our brand on a global scale.
• Ensure the success of our sustainable farming practices.

• A degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany, Biology, or Forestry is essential.
• A Master's degree in Sales and Marketing or Agri-business would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Enthusiasm to learn and embrace the latest agricultural practices, especially in precision farming, climate-smart agriculture, and post-harvest technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize efficiency and yield.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Previous experience in agriculture or related fields is beneficial.
