As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of services, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and managing vendor staff with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing Excellence: Ensure smooth functioning of services as per SOPs, guaranteeing that every meal served meets the highest quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Manager: Serve as the single point of contact between GoKhana and client administration, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Quality Control Specialist: Monitor food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Compliance Officer: Ensure adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols, safeguarding the health and well-being of customers and staff alike.
  • User Support: Handle user escalations, feedback, and complaints efficiently, providing timely solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Operations Manager: Maintain inventory logs, daily sales reports, and reconcile POS data with backend systems, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits and share site performance updates with the central team, driving continuous improvement.
  • Staff Management: Manage attendance and discipline of vendor staff at the site, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Tech Support: Coordinate with the GoKhana tech team for app issues, device support, and updates, ensuring seamless technical integration.
  • Event Support: Support events, menu changes, and promotions on-site, delivering exceptional experiences for our valued customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • Education: Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred (not mandatory).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with POS machines and basic tech apps, crucial for efficient operations.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
  • Food Safety: Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene norms, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
