**Job Overview**

At Rockwell Automation, we are looking for an Industrial Sales Specialist to drive growth and revenue through strategic OEM relationships. This role requires strong technical expertise in automation solutions and excellent communication skills to build trust with customers.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Drive business growth through assigned OEM accounts
  • Develop and implement effective account plans to increase OEM/Machine share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

  • Achievement of AOP target (orders/shipment by SBU, Z category)
  • Sales funnel rate and forecast accuracy following the plan

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial sales or equivalent
