Mathematics and Physics Educator

We are seeking experienced educators to join our team as Mathematics and Physics Faculty, specializing in teaching competitive exams like JEE/NEET.

Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate educators who can deliver live online interactive lectures, develop high-quality study materials, manage student queries, conduct doubt classes, and collaborate with the management team to plan curriculum and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative live online lectures to students preparing for JEE Level exams.
  • Create and curate relevant study materials, including homework, worksheets, and other learning resources.
  • Provide timely support to students through various communication channels, addressing their doubts and queries effectively.
  • Identify areas where students require additional help and provide targeted support through doubt classes.
  • Work closely with the management team to design and implement an effective curriculum that meets the needs of our students.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and ideas.
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable institutions; Master's or PhD candidates are also welcome.
  • Proven experience in teaching competitive exams like JEE/NEET, with a strong track record of success.
  • Technical proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and other digital tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Selection Process:

  • Initial screening of applicant profiles and resumes.
  • Demo lecture on a selected topic, either live or recorded.
  • Written test to assess knowledge and understanding of key concepts.
  • Online panel interview to evaluate communication skills and teaching approach.
  • Final HR interview to discuss fit, goals, and expectations.
