We are seeking a skilled Golf Editor to join our dynamic editorial team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content editor with a passion for golf to contribute to the success of our publication.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills, a strong knowledge of grammar and punctuation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and publish 20-25 articles daily
  • Proofread articles for accuracy and consistency
  • Research and fact-check articles to ensure accuracy
  • Publish articles in a timely manner
  • Mentor and guide writers to improve their skills
  • Ensure smooth daily operations

You'll be a perfect fit if you:

  • Have a deep understanding of golf and its nuances
  • Are proficient in American English grammar and punctuation
  • Are detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Have leadership qualities and can motivate a team
  • Have a keen eye for compelling titles and subheadings

Requirements:

  • At least 6-12 months of experience in proofreading and/or content editing
  • Prior experience leading a team of writers is a plus
