Collaboration Systems Engineer

A long-term contract position is available for a motivated and experienced Collaboration Systems Engineer. The successful candidate will automate business processes, participate in technical design, and manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce reports for senior management.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  • Experience working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
