Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage our vendor payments, ensure statutory compliance, and provide internal support for audit requirements.

This role involves managing cash flow, reconciliations, and day-to-day transactional accounting with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire accounts payable process from vendor setup to payment processing while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the payment process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and present monthly closing reports to stakeholders showcasing the company's financial performance.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable with a strong understanding of AP/AR processes.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for efficient data analysis and reporting.
  3. Hands-on experience with vendor payments, reconciliations, and transactional accounting.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
