Lead Commercial Insights Analyst

As a Lead Commercial Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging advanced analytical techniques to address complex marketing and commercial challenges.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in statistical tools, programming languages, and data visualization platforms will enable you to distill complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying advanced analytics and statistical methodologies to solve brand and marketing challenges across the pharmaceutical commercial value chain.
  • Developing Test and Control frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future targeting strategies.
  • Leveraging industry knowledge and data-driven storytelling to inform decision-making across patient journey, HCP engagement, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
  • Experience in commercial analytics in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercial processes such as Omnichannel analytics, campaign effectiveness, sales force effectiveness, brand performance tracking, patient analytics, and omnichannel marketing etc.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Databricks for data analysis and modeling.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting, uplift modeling, or causal inference.
  • Experience in designing and analyzing Test and Control experiments for marketing campaigns and sales interventions.
