Visual Designer

Craft visually compelling stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints.

This role offers flexibility in working remotely or alongside our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives for websites.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across social media platforms.
  • Develop infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles and blog content.
  • Design visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Craft print and event collateral, including banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise.
  • Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations for pitch decks.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Experience in design, marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles.
