Lead AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead AI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative AI solutions using machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Work on large-scale AI/ML projects, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Optimize machine learning pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements for implementation.
  • Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production.
  • Monitor and improve deployed models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with large language models and fine-tuning large models.
  • Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
