Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support our PCS/BESS product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional on-site technical support and remote assistance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of product-related issues.
  • Conduct thorough on-site troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and rectify faults efficiently.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, track and maintain stock levels to ensure seamless product operation.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication, empathy and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our PCS/BESS products, including power distribution diagrams and user manuals, to provide comprehensive training to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English as primary working language
  • Motivated individual with ability to plan and act decisively in ambiguous situations
  • Previous experience in energy storage industry, preferably with expertise in PCS and BESS
