We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our retail sales team.

• The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory levels.
• Manage pet spa appointments and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Process sales through the POS system and handle cash/card transactions efficiently.
• Stay informed about products, new arrivals, and promotions to provide expert recommendations.
• Assist with stock management, store opening/closing duties, and home delivery orders.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
• You should be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork are vital qualities for this position.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
