Job Description:
The Civil and Structural Engineering Project Manager will oversee Construction Work and building maintenance, conduct regular surveys, set out sites and organize facilities, supervise contracted staff, ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales, check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings, provide technical advice, solve problems, order and negotiate the price of materials, ensure site safety, and work effectively as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years proven experience in civil construction and structural engineering projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
