Establish a dynamic English teaching environment at OS Mgmt Consulting Services.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join our team in Basti, UP. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to improve the English Department's overall performance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. Fluency in English is essential, and a B.Ed qualification is required. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is also necessary.
This position offers a competitive salary range of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, commensurate with experience. We provide a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to diverse student needs
- Monitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies to enhance content delivery
- Develop and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement curriculum changes and school events
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English Education or related field
- B.Ed qualification and/or relevant teaching certification
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English language
