Job Description

This role involves enhancing service levels through timely data analysis and corrective actions to drive business outcomes.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Providing performance reports and trend analysis-based recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
    • Driving achievements through key performance indicators and success stories that demonstrate expertise in IT.
    • Creating a framework for periodic reporting and identifying areas of improvement in operational performance parameters to optimize efficiency.
    • Defining and developing interactive dashboards and analytical reports to facilitate data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Computer Science or Technology, with evidence of continuous professional development in an IT role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in SQL, JAVA, and UX experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

  • Build resilience into applications to handle underlying system failures without impacting end-users.
Efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual and repeatable activities via tooling and automation.
  • Reduce repeat incidents by permanently fixing root causes.
Capacity Planning
  • Develop predictive analysis of future capacity needs and drive proactive upgrades.
  • Use SDI to develop auto-scaling and deliver robust resilience to fluctuations in critical service demand.
Business Availability Reliability
  • Meet SLA XLA expectations around operability and reliability.
  • Apply techniques like caching, circuit breakers, dark and canary releases, store and service patterns, and alternate user experience flows.
