Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented software quality assurance specialist with hands-on experience in regression, integration, and unit testing. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of ERP systems, with expertise in manual and automation testing, and a strong understanding of test case development and load/performance testing.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a software quality assurance specialist. As a key member of our testing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing manual and automated tests to ensure software quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, analyze and report test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality
  • Create and maintain test cases and test plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Analyze and report test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 0.5–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
