A Senior Associate Software Engineer Position

Job Description

This role involves developing and delivering robust technology solutions in a regulated environment by collaborating with business partners, information systems (IS) colleagues, and service providers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software engineering principles, including design patterns, coding standards, and testing methodologies. Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include authoring technical documentation, working closely with business and IS teams to find opportunities and craft end-to-end solutions, ensuring design and development meets organizational guidelines, participating in Agile development ceremonies, and writing SQL queries to manipulate and visualize data.

Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2-6 years of experience in software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with automation technologies UiPath and Mulesoft, as well as Business Intelligence tools Cognos, Tableau, or Spotfire, is a must. Proficiency in programming languages Java, Python, or SQL is also required.
