Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify candidates using suitable methods to meet assignment requirements.
  • Write, place, and update adverts according to company procedures.
  • Maintain applications received and ensure candidate applications are processed efficiently.
  • Qualify, shortlist, and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidates and internal teams.
  • Provide first-line support for candidate inquiries.
  • Develop and manage candidate relationships.
  • Meet agreed KPIs and targets.
  • Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities.
  • Generate fees according to agreed targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably in sales or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and go beyond expectations.
  • A strong academic background and ability to achieve in current roles.
