About the Role:

As a Concrete Technologist at 2coms, you will be responsible for driving the admixtures business in various segments, including B/C class RMC, developer segment, and paver block & AAC block manufacturing industry. You will work closely with the sales team to improve wallet share of admixtures and evaluate existing and new customers to prepare action plans for the next year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing the most economical solution with admixture for meeting customer needs.
- Handling and resolving issues of key users on technical parameters.
- Thorough market mapping in the particular geography.
- Drive admixtures business in B/C class RMC & prepare cost estimate for concrete.

Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years into admixture
Age Group: 23-35 years
Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) / B.Tech/M.Tech (Polymer Science / Chemical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Concrete Technology)
