Job Title:
Senior FIX Analyst

Are you an expert in electronic trading environments and have a passion for optimizing business workflows?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementations, Development, Product Dev, and Support teams to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient software solutions.
  • Communicate externally with clients/brokers and their technology vendors.
  • Participate in strategic projects, including system improvements, regulatory changes, and new functionality rollouts.
Essential Skills:
  • Deep understanding of FIX protocol (version 4.2/4.4).
  • Programming language experience (Java, C++, C, Python).
  • Unix/Linux-based O/S applications expertise.
  • Databases and SQL query writing skills (Oracle/SQL).
  • FIX certification process knowledge.
  • Experience in electronic trading environments, particularly in FIX onboarding or FIX Support capacities.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, VPN, Extranet connectivity, and TCP/IP concepts.
  • Exposure to asset classes such as Equities, Futures, Options, and FX.
  • Proven training and mentoring abilities.
  • Previous experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project tracking/documentation tools.
Desired Skills:
  • Scripting knowledge in Shell or Python.
  • Algorithmic Trading familiarity.
  • OMS/EMS, exchanges, or trading firms experience.
  • Developing tooling and processes for efficiency driving.

Education: Engineering Graduate from a premier institution.
