Dynamic Social Media Strategist

The role of a Digital Manager involves developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and curating compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring a strong online presence and consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working on medium or large brands, preferably in a digital marketing or social media management capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team.
