Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their backend development skills while gaining exposure to how product decisions are made.

  • Write clean, efficient code and build scalable backend components
  • Read and understand API documentation to help build new integrations
  • Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools
  • Participate in on-call debugging sessions with customers to resolve real-time issues
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks
  • Take part in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning
  • Build and maintain robust APIs to support integrations
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of backend development experience
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
