Job Title:

Senior Azure Data Engineer

 

  • Job Description:
  • As a Senior Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks.
  • You will optimize Spark jobs for efficient data processing and storage, develop and maintain Databricks notebooks, workflows, and dashboards, build and optimize data pipelines and workflows in Databricks, troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues and performance bottlenecks, monitor and manage data processing jobs for high availability and reliability.

 

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in development and maintenance in a data engineering project
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries and knowledge of SQL Analytical functions
  • Proficient in building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows in Databricks
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scala
  • Experience working in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
