Senior Application Data Specialist

Job Overview:
">The primary role of this position is to maintain application-data readiness by creating accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and budgets.
">Key responsibilities include correlating data across various sources effectively, collaborating with vendors globally to ensure product catalog information remains current, and addressing project-related issues through communication with clients remotely.
">Additionally, the successful candidate will handle project challenges while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintain vendor product catalogs using vendor portals/platforms, and evaluate client project requirements for completeness and correctness for budget preparation.
">Preparing operational schedules and expenses BoQs, budgets, and client dashboards using technology platforms is also essential. Assisting the Operations Manager with client correspondence and presentations, as well as maintaining records of activities online in accordance with management directives, are critical tasks within this role.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting, BBA, BBM, or equivalent is required for this position. A basic understanding of hotel operations and OS&E requirements is crucial, along with the ability to absorb necessary industry and process training.
">Proficiency in Excel for handling large volumes of itemized data, including organizing, sorting, and analyzing data using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc., is a must. Ensuring data accuracy, tracking product prices, and ensuring consistency in information gathered from vendors is critical.
">At least 3-4 years of experience in data accumulation, complex data processing, or procurement support, ideally in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company for the hospitality industry is preferred. Experience using Excel to organize and analyze large sets of data is a must.
">Assisting in the preparation of budgets by accumulating accurate pricing and quantities for all necessary items, as well as assisting in preparing OS&E BoQs and budgets for hospitality clients, requires a sound understanding of budgetary considerations to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost planning.
