Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models. The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

The incumbent will oversee various tasks including:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Building financial models and conducting ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Managing Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinating with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assisting in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA qualification.
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
