Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead security integration and risk assessment across acquired entities. This role will be responsible for end-to-end due diligence, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing strategies to ensure secure onboarding into our technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the merger and acquisition team to conduct cybersecurity assessments on target acquisitions and evaluate their posture.
  • Develop comprehensive security reports highlighting risks, remediation plans, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor integration progress from a security perspective after successful acquisition and provide necessary support through regular collaboration with the Integration Management Office (IMO), corporate IT, business, and IT of the acquired entity.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with corporate, legal, IT, and business teams to address cybersecurity risks during due diligence and post-acquisition phases.
  • Establish sustained governance to ensure risks from the acquired ecosystem remain within our IT risk appetite.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cloud security principles, including cloud security posture management (CSPM), security information and event management (SIEM), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and vulnerability assessment (VA).
  • Possess experience in conducting comprehensive security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP)
