Lead Data Scientist

  • Leads end-to-end initiatives, including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyzes and interprets findings to draw conclusions and recommendations for enhancing business processes.
  • Supports pre-sales activities and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts, particularly Generative AI (LLM/LMM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or multi-modal models.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL, and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CV/GenAI/NLP libraries, such as NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini).
