Fashion Merchandiser Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fashion Merchandiser to manage relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, contribute to brand portfolio growth, and balance creativity with strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate product selection, seasonal placements, and merchandise flow to ensure timely deliveries and optimal brand positioning.
Business Development & Brand Growth
  • Create merchandising strategies to drive sales growth for existing brands.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Support marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and recall.
Onboarding & Partnerships
  • Identify and onboard new designers aligned with the company's vision.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Establish long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • Strong network within the fashion industry, particularly with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
