Higher Education Admissions Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the admissions process for higher education institutions.
The Admission Counsellor is responsible for providing expert guidance to parents and students on various career options available in universities. This includes making outbound calls, maintaining records of conversations using our CRM system, developing innovative communication strategies, and handling the end-to-end admission process.
We are seeking an individual with experience in admission counselling who possesses self-motivation and drive to work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsels parents and students on various career options available in universities
- Makes outbound calls, including cold calls, to receive admission enquiries
- Maintains records of conversations using our CRM system
- Develops innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans
- Handles the end-to-end admission process
- Resolves queries from students and their parents related to courses and the admission process
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in admission counselling
- Self-motivation and drive to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Preferred languages: English and Hindi
