Key Responsibilities
  • Liquidity Risk Management:
    • Analyze and report on funding, cash flow projections, liquidity measures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Identify, assess, and monitor liquidity risks related to the Company's business.
    • Collaborate with business units, Treasury, and other functions regarding business strategies, risk monitoring, and limit compliance.
    • Perform thorough analyses on key risk areas and communicate results with stakeholders.
    • Independently review and challenge the Group's liquidity metrics methodologies.
    • Lead contingency planning and intraday liquidity monitoring.
  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM):
    • Cover all material risks that the lending business faces.
    • Estimate the impact of interest rate risk under stress scenarios.
    • Assess risks associated with investments made by the Treasury function.
    • Monitor and set limits to track emerging risks.
    • Operational Risk: Identify residual risks against each process across businesses.
    • Regulatory Risk: Address emerging regulatory requirements related to risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in economics, statistics, or quantitative finance.
  • 2-5 years of experience in risk management or a Treasury at a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of risk, liquidity, and financial products.
  • Ability to balance risk, potential impact, resourcing, business drivers, and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month
