Project Manager Role

As a key member of our team, the Project Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for scoping requirements, designing project management elements, and providing support to clients and colleagues throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create detailed project scope plans and documentation.
  • Lead or facilitate planning sessions to define task sequences and interdependencies.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and communicate them effectively.
  • Prepare project reports for regular status meetings.
  • Monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and variances.
  • Ensure team members meet project goals accurately and on time.
  • Act as liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure project plans meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicator (KPI) expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a project management environment and hold education/certification in project management. Proficiency in web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira, is also required.

  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization.
