Key Business Leader

The ideal candidate will serve as a thought leader in evangelizing the capabilities of AI/ML to senior leadership and business stakeholders. They will collaborate with leadership teams to understand business processes, propose strategic use of AI/ML, and enhance business outcomes.

They will work closely with functional heads to identify and solve complex business challenges leveraging AI & Analytics solutions.

The role involves translating business problems into analytical problems, building solutions using AI/ML techniques, and driving strategic initiatives end-to-end.

They will develop an approach to scale AI/ML agendas through various AI/ML solutions, enable data-driven decision-making, and co-create business strategies with storytelling and insights.

The successful candidate will also build and manage external relationships for outside-in perspectives, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

Additionally, they will drive AI & Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation and monitoring, ensuring continuous improvement and learning.

They will lead and nurture a team of business-focused problem solvers with a strong culture of solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in quantitative fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in analytical roles, preferably post-graduation.

  • Exceptional multi-tasking, prioritization, and project governance abilities.
  • Passion for AI/ML/Data Science and hands-on experience with various technologies.
