Wireless Infrastructure Specialist

We seek a Wireless Infrastructure Specialist to leverage their expertise in 5G Radio Access Networks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive tests and validations of RAN functionalities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.
  • Define wireless coverage requirements and select radio solutions based on project needs.
  • Perform RAN network interference analysis and mitigation support, including dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation.
  • Assist customers in procuring private 5G spectrum for location-based projects.
  • Prepare bills of material (BoM) and bills of quantities (BoQ) as per project requirements and help customers raise purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product and solution offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Prepare technical proposals in response to tenders/RFPs involving private mobile networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and experience with 5G RAN technologies. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the field of telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of 5G RAN technologies and standards.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive tests and validations of RAN functionalities.
  • Experience with RAN network interference analysis and mitigation support.
  • Knowledge of wireless coverage requirements and radio solutions selection.
