About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will support and align efforts to meet customer needs. You will work with different internal teams (cross-functional and operational) to ensure seamless support to client needs.

We are looking for someone who can work with senior team members to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute projects and initiatives. This includes managing meetings, documenting interactions with actions and next steps, and ensuring diligence in follow-up and follow-through.

You will be responsible for creating, updating, and presenting project plans, as well as organizing work to achieve positive outcomes. Additionally, you will encourage the use of agile work management processes and facilitate weekly and bi-weekly sprints for assigned teams.

In this role, you will also help team members prioritize their workload, maintain a healthy team by empowering, motivating, and building trust, and set goals for team members. Furthermore, you will present weekly progress reports and have good control over work management processes to adapt and course correct with agility.

This position requires strong technical skills, including experience with agile methodologies, process methodologies used in software development, and good understanding of Java-based technical implementations, deployments, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you must be familiar with user interface-based applications and Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Wiki, Planning software, and Agile project management tools.

We are seeking someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration. You should be able to connect, engage, listen, explain, facilitate, coordinate, and follow through with clients and team members.
