We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have deep finance expertise and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Accounting: Design, implement and maintain budgeting, costing, billing, revenue recognition and profitability reporting processes.
  • R2R & Integrations: Develop and manage record-to-report processes and project accounting integrations with external systems.
  • Data Management & Migration: Import/export (CSV) data, cleanse and validate it for accurate processing.
  • System Integration: Experience connecting NetSuite with external systems is required.
  • Customization & Automation: Utilize SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder and workflows to automate business processes.
  • Optimization & Best Practices: Implement efficient processes and performance improvements to drive business value.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide end-user support, adoption and create manuals for effective system use.
  • Gap Analysis & Requirements: Translate business needs into effective NetSuite solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Functional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of NetSuite Finance & Project Accounting.
  • Proven Experience: Successful implementations and enhancements of NetSuite ERP systems.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
