ERP Assurance Professional

As an experienced ERP assurance professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and SOX compliance of our IT applications.

  • You will be part of a global team of IT Application Controls experts responsible for identifying process and IT controls improvement opportunities and driving their implementation.
  • Key to your success will be testing IT application controls, including Reports, Interfaces, Fully Automated Controls etc., to ensure they meet our high standards for SOX compliance and reliability.
  • Additionally, you will participate in IT risk assessments and collaborate with IT Application Owners and Business Process Owners to help identify SOX relevant IT Applications and Infrastructures.
  • In this critical role, you will support identification and testing of IT application controls when implementing new ERP systems or upgrades.
  • Further, you will advise on ITACs structure by understanding end-to-end processes, IT environment, and data context to determine the right mix of preventative and detective controls based on automation and data analytics.
Requirements
  • A University degree in economics, business informatics, or computer science, with a demonstrated track record in IT Audit or Internal Controls is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in auditing ERP systems (ideally SAP systems), IT environments, and automated business process controls is required.
  • Experience in performing IT audit or review engagements, including a solid understanding of external audit approaches, concepts, methodology, is also necessary.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills are essential for collaboration with both technical and business contacts.
  • An entrepreneurial and structured attitude, as well as a result-oriented and collaborative approach to work, are key characteristics we look for in this role.
