We're looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team of eLearning experts. As a freelancer, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, developing customized training programs that meet their unique needs and goals.

This freelance role involves performing needs analysis, designing instructional materials, creating curriculum, managing learning programs, and contributing to organizational development initiatives. • Key Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
• Proven track record in Instructional Design and eLearning development
• Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Ability to design and deliver onboarding courses for organizations
• Expertise in Curriculum Development
• Deep understanding of adult learning theories and game design for adult learners
• Strong ability to create instructional storyboards and scripts
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and other animation/visual effects tools
• A portfolio of past eLearning projects, including at least one onboarding course.
