Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team at Crox Consulting Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Angular and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Angular and AWS services.
  • Architect and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and EC2.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, technical specifications, and deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
  • Review code, conduct pair programming, and enforce best practices to ensure high code quality.
  • Implement and manage AWS infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs, and manage application performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Ensure the application of Agile methodologies and facilitate effective sprint planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience with Angular (version 2+), including Angular CLI and state management (e.g., NgRx).
  • Proven expertise in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB) and cloud architecture.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.
  • Strong experience with server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and application security practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management.
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
