Job Title:

Senior Software Development Lead

Job Description

  • Design and develop high-quality software applications by applying software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Focus on delivering first-time-right development, automation, reusability, maintainability, and secure coding.
  • Develop holistic designs using Test-Driven Development to ensure reusability and extensibility of capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, estimate timelines, and design features/epics.
  • Apply architectural and design principles to enhance performance, capacity, and scalability.
  • Drive conversations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure software meets business objectives and quality standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and suggest fixes for defects/design issues.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of product features according to the Product Roadmap.
  • Support issue analysis, triaging, and provide fixes during test phases and production issue resolution.
  • Present features in product demos to wider audiences/customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java/.Net/Oracle/SQL and web services software architecture and design (REST/SOAP).
  • Exposure to cloud applications including DevOps, Deployment, Jenkins, Jira.
  • Experience in RESTFul Web Services & API framework, OAS3 APIs
