Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including scoping, requirements gathering, and implementation.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure project success and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • Experience with digital technologies, including cloud, mobile, and cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success processes.
