Job Summary

Lead a team of data engineers, SREs, and operations staff to ensure financial systems and applications run smoothly.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers and operations staff, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
  • Ensure project deliverables and operational commitments are met on time, with high quality and compliance.
  • Oversee the smooth running of Accounting and Finance platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs for availability, reliability, and data accuracy.
  • Ensure effective resolution of incidents; coordinate root cause analysis and track corrective actions.
  • Ensure the team follows established engineering, SRE, and operational best practices (code reviews, change management, monitoring, compliance).
  • Assign work across the team, balancing project and operational demands.
  • Track and report on team progress, system performance, and operational metrics to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, tooling improvements, and efficiency gains.
