Description:

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential in this position.

Your primary focus will be on creating a positive guest experience by ensuring all aspects of the operation are running smoothly. This includes monitoring dining rooms, handling customer complaints, and addressing any issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team. This may involve analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
