  • Transformation Experience: Proven experience in transforming legacy systems to modern web platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
