Job Opportunity

The position of Senior Data Scientist is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to enhance patient health and wellness.

This senior-level position will lead the design and implementation of large-scale solutions that address complex business challenges through data analysis and machine learning.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and execute AI-driven projects to improve patient outcomes and healthcare services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain-points and create tailored solutions
  • Establish technical architecture to integrate machine-learning algorithms into existing systems
  • Apply expertise in machine learning to break down intricate business problems into manageable workflows

Requirements:

  1. Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field (PhD preferred)
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in Data Science, with a strong background in healthcare analytics
  3. Proficiency in Python programming, with extensive experience in building enterprise applications
  4. Expertise in classical and modern NLP techniques, including transformer architectures
  5. Familiarity with fine-tuning Large Language Models and experience with LoRA, QLoRA and PEFT
  6. Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as RAG, VectorDBs and Agentic AI fundamentals
  7. Proficiency in at least one of LangChain or Crew.AI
  8. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers
  9. Experience with ML platforms like Databricks, Azure ML or Sagemaker
