Project Management Role

This is a challenging and rewarding project management role that requires the ability to oversee multiple projects from start to finish, monitor deliverables closely, and implement regular performance reviews to ensure goals and timelines are consistently met.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements. They will also be skilled in using project management software, such as Asana or Jira, and proficient in Google Workspace tools, including Google Drive and Docs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end management of project schedules and monitoring deliverables closely.
  • Developing and optimizing a streamlined Google Workspace environment to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
  • Maintaining a dynamic communication framework across Slack and other platforms.
  • Aligning team resources strategically to ensure continuous progress and full project capacity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A. Education

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, complemented by an MBA, is preferred.
  • Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are advantageous but not required.

B. Experience

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an operations-led team.

C. Skills

  • Project Management Software: Expertise in using tools such as Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Google Workspace: Proficiency in managing Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and other collaboration tools.
  • Technical Skill: Experience in Python and SQL based database management.
  • Communication Tools: Experience with managing team communication on platforms like Slack.
