• Ph.D. or Postdoctoral degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to provide clear, constructive feedback and examples
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

This position requires a minimum of 4 hours per day and at least 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST). We offer flexible scheduling options including 20 hours/week, 30 hours/week, or 40 hours/week.
