AI/ML Tech Leader Role

We are looking for an experienced leader with expertise in AI/ML and full-stack development to drive our product vision forward. As a senior tech leader, you will be responsible for architecting and developing production-grade AI/ML products and modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML products and modules.
  • Build and scale AI agents, agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architect and deploy applications in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
  • Deliver minimum viable products (MVPs) with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and investors to align tech strategy with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productization.
  • Experience with cloud services and tools such as GCP.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial initiative is preferred.
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
